JSC "ENPC Epital"have produced  epoxy materials for manufacturing structural composites; high pressure pipes and vessels (up to 750 atmospheres), adhesives, paints, anticorrosive coatings and potting compounds. Plant of Fiber-glass Pipes (Aktau, Kazakhstan) have produced more then 12,000 kilometers of pipes for transportation and extraction   high sulphurous oil under  Тº from +105 up to +130 º C. Pipes based on Etal-370 have withstood   more than 15 years in operation, while steel pipes usually fracture in the same conditions within 1.5 years. We have developed epoxy systems for  oil and gas pipelines repair, which can be applied at temperatures from -10ºC and in underwater conditions . Hardeners for adhesives for operation at cryogenic temperatures are developed and are commercially available.  Epoxy materials with our hardening systems have withstood over 10 years  outdoor operation in Nizhnevartovsk and Verhojansk.   Epoxy paints   resistant to the long-term outdoor conditions  in Arctic and tropical climate, including the paints for underwater application are developed.
