OOO “UKM Sintez” company engaged manufacture of products made of carbon-carbon composites materials (СССM).

Production is based on formation and machining of carbon materials (carbon threads, garrot, fabric, felt, graphite) with the subsequent compaction pyrocarbon of a gas phase before obtaining demanded properties of products.

Produced us products from CCCM are used in the capacity of heat-insulating elements of high-temperature furnaces, so and in the capacity of constructional details of the various configurations, load bearing with the ability to use in aggressive environments at high temperatures (up to 2200 deg. C).

The density of manufactured products, depending on the operational requirements for them can be provided in a wide range: from 0.15 g / cc (heat-insulating materials) 2.2 g / cc (products out pyrolytic graphite).
