Dzerzhinsk Production Corporation “Plastik” is a large industrial complex possessing innovation technologies of polymer converting.

The corporation consists of six production departments:

• Fiberglass products

• Injection-molded products

• Compression-molded products 

• Polyethylene film

• Rigid PVC films

• Extrusion products

Each production department is equipped with state-of-the-art European machinery.

One of the main areas is the manufacture of composite products of various shapes, cylindrical with diameters from 6 mm to 800 mm, and complex volumetric configuration with an area of up to 15 m2.

The compression molding and extrusion production department and injection molding production department manufacture various products for technical purposes: heat-shielding parts for completing a rocket engine, firearms, parts for electrical purposes, automotive components, etc.

The polyethylene film production department manufactures a medical film for packaging medical instruments; printed films; films for vacuum packaging, etc.

Manufacture of highly loaded fiberglass pipes. The developed design of process equipment makes it possible to manufacture pipes by wet winding using various types of materials (filament, roving, and woven materials) with various reinforcement types and patterns, including the introduction of bulk fillers into the wall structure. It is possible to develop and apply the inner layer of the pipeline for the required operating conditions.

Manufacture of Type IV polymer-composite gas cylinders. Designed for the use on gas-fueled vehicles (passenger cars, trucks, special equipment, buses), as well as for gas transportation and mobile storage for refueling gas stations.

State-of-the-art process equipment and high competencies in the development and manufacture of high quality products for both military and civilian purposes allows fulfilling customer requests in the shortest possible time in accordance with custom requirements.

The company has implemented and successfully operates a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011, GOST RV 0015-002-2012 in the “Military Register” voluntary certification system. The company also obtained a Certificate of Conformity No. RV 14.1.9698-2016.
