Sunlight Pharm was founded in 1990, which situated in Benniu town, Changzhou city covering an area of 369,580, and it mainly produces API and pharmaceutical intermediates, high performance polymer monomers; Sunlight Pharm preparation area was founded in 2013 in Changzhou Sunlight Health Industrial Park, covering an area of 97,557, and mainly produces Pharmaceutical preparation products;

Jiangsu Sunlight Pharmaceutical Chemical Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 in Yancheng city, covering an area of 166,668 and mainly produces special chemicals, API and pharmaceutical intermediates.
