“The Russian Amphibians” is a manufacturer of fiber composite hovercraft ships, motorboats, airboats, storage vessels and thermoboxes. We repair boats and yachts, and can perform CNC 3D contour milling.

We utilize most up-to-date processes and equipment to design and fabricate our fiber composite products.

We provide a full cycle of production starting from basic and detail design engineering, fabricating production tools and accessories and ending up with molding and finishing of a complete product.

Our production range includes single- and multilayer flat panels as well as sophisticated 3D shapes that can either be individual structural elements or essentially become multicomponent structures and devices.

Manufacturing of fiber composite products may include:
• Molding of various density prepregs by vacuum forming.
• Vacuum infusion molding.
• Curing and post-curing of elements and parts sized up to 7 x 3 x 2.5 m in a curing oven.
• Application of colour coating.
