OOO “UKM Sintez” company engaged manufacture of products made of carbon-carbon composites materials (СССM).

Production is based on formation and machining of carbon materials (carbon threads, garrot, fabric, felt, graphite) with the subsequent compaction pyrocarbon of a gas phase before obtaining demanded properties of products.

Produced us products from CCCM are used in the capacity of heat-insulating elements of hightemperature furnaces, so and in the capacity of constructional details of the various configurations, load bearing with the ability to use in aggressive environments at high temperatures (up to 2200 deg. C).

The density of manufactured products, depending on the operational requirements for them can be provided in a wide range: from 0.15 g / cc (heat-insulating materials) 2.2 g / cc (products out pyrolytic graphite).

Heat-insulating elements for high-temperature furnaces can be made in the form of a cylindrical form with the maximum internal diameter of 1000 mm, and also in the form of plates with the maximum dimensions 650 x 650 x 100 mm.

Constructional products from CCCM with a density from 1,1 to 1,5 гр/cm a cube on the basis of two-dimensional carbon frameworks can have a various configuration: cylindrical and conic manacle ring, flat plates, and also difficult shaped details.

One of our main customers are manufacturers of single-crystal silicon method Chokhralsky, as in CIS countries and Europe. Besides our customers are the various enterprises metallurgical and other industries.

We make products as according to drawings of customers, and we offer own practices at production of existing or new designs of separate details and knots as a whole.
